Even with our high-quality products, signs of wear and tear may eventually become evident. In order to ensure that your equipment continues to work as efficiently and effectively as possible, a service will be needed sooner or later, depending on the application.

We support you by servicing your equipment in our own workshop. We can supply the required replacement parts.

We recommend that, if possible, you return your product to us in the original packaging or similarly well packed. Before sending any item back to us, please take note of the following advice:

• Please observe the instructions in the operating manual and fill out the repair safety datasheets.
• Recirculating coolers may be transported only in the upright position.

Immediately after receiving your item, we will contact you with an estimated cost of repair or service. You can expect many years of reliable use from equipment repaired by us.
